“Genç TICA” is coming to life.

“Genç TICA” is being launched for young talents who want to make a strong start to their careers in the fields of semiconductors and microelectronics.

Genç TICA is a special membership program established under the umbrella of the Turkish Semiconductor Cluster (TICA). Its aim is to integrate young talents – without companies – in the semiconductor and microelectronics fields into the industry ecosystem.

The program is open to undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students, as well as newly graduated engineers. Participants gain access to technical training programs, mentorship support, career development opportunities, internship and job listings, and national and international networking opportunities.

Objective

To enable talents under the age of 30 to:

• Engage with the industry at an early stage
• Develop their technical and professional competencies
• Integrate into international collaborations

thereby contributing to a sustainable and competitive semiconductor ecosystem in Türkiye.
